Simply go to our Returns/Exchanges page and enter the requested information.  From there, you can process your own request from the list of available options.  We then will direct you on how to proceed!

  • We offer store credit when you process your return request within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Due to the delicate nature of jewelry we do not issue refunds for sterling silver or gold vermeil jewelry.
  • We provide refunds for fine jewelry on a case by case basis
  • Items should be returned new, unworn, clean and undamaged.

  • If in the event you should receive your order and it is damaged or you received the wrong item, we will provide you with a return label and issue you a replacement.  If we are sold out of the product we will issue you a refund.

  • All returns must include original packing list with the items you are returning circled and the RA# and reason for return clearly indicated.

  • No Returns are accepted without approval and an RA Number

  • No Returns are accepted without following the proper return request on our returns page

  • Please note all sale items are FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns on these pieces.  Items purchased during Black Friday sale will not be accepted for return.

Shipping & Handling

We pride ourselves on the quick handling of your orders, with most in stock items shipping within 1-3 business days.  We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

We ship via USPS 2-Day Air Mail.

Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interuptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of Such as, but not limited to interuptions of our transportation systems or the services provided by our carriers, your bank or credit card. We are not responsible for lost parcels in the event that an incorrect shipping address was entered.

If you are shipping to a country outside of the US, you may be subject to import fees or taxes based on the laws of your local jurisdiction. Melanie Auld Jewelry Ltd. has no control over these laws and how they are enforced.

In order to track your order, copy your tracking number that is provided in the shipping notification email and paste it in the tracking field on the website

Preorder Shipments

  • Payment is charged immediately at checkout, not when the item ships.
  • All preorders will have an estimated ship date listed. Please note that this ship date is not guaranteed.
  • If you are ordering a preorder item with an in-stock item, both items will ship together when the preorder item becomes available. If you would like your items to ship separately, please place two separate orders.
