We want to ensure you're happy with your pieces however should you wish to process a return, we're here to help!
You may submit your return request via our return portal HERE.
Online Returns
Returns can take up to 3 business days to be processed once it arrives back at our warehouse.
Items should be returned unworn and undamaged in its original packaging. All items are subject to inspection upon their return.
If in the event you should receive your order and it is damaged or you received the incorrect item, we will provide you with a return shipping label and issue you a replacement or ship out the correct item.

Canadian Online Returns:
All orders placed between November 5th and December 24th, 2025, will have an extended holiday exchange/return period until January 18th, 2026.
Please note that for Solid Gold items, refunds will be offered until January 11th, 2026. From January 12th to 18th 2026, Solid Gold pieces are eligible for store credit only.
Please review the material-specific eligibility below.
Regular priced Gold Vermeil, Gold Plated, Sterling Silver, Rhodium Plated, Leather Goods, Pearl, Cord and Wood pieces are eligible for a store credit or exchange only within 14 days of delivery.
Regular priced Solid Gold pieces are eligible for a refund back to its original form(s) of payment or exchange within 14 days delivery.
No shipping costs or MAJ Order Protection are refunded or credited.
Candles, Candle Refill Inserts, Gift Wrap and Ribbon are final sale.
Please note that items marked ‘Final Sale’ cannot be returned or exchanged. Other items purchased with a discount code or during a holiday sale may be exchanged or returned for store credit. No refunds or price adjustments. Custom pieces such as engraved items, Made To Order items, and gift cards are a FINAL SALE.
Exchanges for online orders can be processed through our return portal depending on selected inventory levels.
US Online Returns:
