Returns

We want to ensure you're happy with your pieces — should you wish to process a return, we're here to help. Submit your return request via our return portal HERE.

Returns can take up to 3 business days to be processed once they arrive back at our warehouse. Items should be returned unworn and undamaged in their original packaging. All items are subject to inspection upon return.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we'll provide a return shipping label and issue a replacement or ship the correct item. Trouble accessing the portal? Email hello@melanieauld.com.

Canadian Online Returns

All pieces from the Collected Collection follow our standard return guidelines for regular-priced jewelry. They are eligible for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are not offered.

Regular-priced Gold Vermeil, Gold Plated, Sterling Silver, Rhodium Plated, Leather Goods, Pearl, Cord, Semi-Precious Stones and Wood pieces are eligible for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of delivery.

Regular-priced Solid Gold pieces are eligible for a refund to the original form(s) of payment, or exchange, within 14 days of delivery.

Canadian returns are subject to a $9.95 CAD return shipping label fee, deducted from your store credit or refund. No shipping costs or MAJ Order Protection are refunded or credited.

Candles, Candle Refill Inserts, Gift Wrap and Ribbon are final sale.

Items marked ‘Final Sale’ cannot be returned or exchanged. Items purchased with a discount code or during a holiday sale may be exchanged or returned for store credit — no refunds or price adjustments. Custom pieces (engraved items, Pietra pieces, Pietra Kits, Made To Order items) and gift cards are FINAL SALE.

US Online Returns

EU & EFTA Online Returns
In compliance with EU consumer law, customers shipping to the European Union and EFTA markets (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland) have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery and receive a full refund, including original shipping costs, without needing to provide a reason.

To initiate a return, please use our return portal HERE or follow the link provided in your order confirmation email.

Items must be returned unworn and undamaged in their original packaging. All items are subject to inspection upon receipt. Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

A prepaid return shipping label will be provided, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.

The following items are not eligible for withdrawal and are considered final sale:

  • Engraved and personalized pieces
  • Made to Order items
  • Gift cards

In-Store Returns

Items marked ‘Final Sale’ cannot be returned or exchanged. Other sale items may be exchanged or returned for store credit — no refunds or price adjustments. Custom pieces (engraved items, Pietra pieces, Pietra Kits, Made To Order items) and gift cards are FINAL SALE.
