Shipping

We offer free shipping on all Canadian orders over $150 CAD and US orders over $150 USD.

 

For order processing and fulfillment of in-stock items, please allow 1-3 business days from your order date. We ship orders Monday – Friday during standard business hours.

 

During high-volume periods – like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Black Friday, promotional periods and product launches – please allow an additional 3-5 business days for processing and fulfillment. Please consider these timelines when selecting your shipping option at checkout.

 

A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as tracking information is available.

 

For engravable pieces, please allow 1-7 business days for processing.

 

For Made-to-Order pieces, please note the production timeframe of 6-8 weeks. This timeframe begins from your order date and is not inclusive of shipping timelines.

 

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or modify it. However, we will always do our best to combine multiple orders when possible.

 

All orders ship from our Vancouver, BC, Canada warehouse. Melanie Auld Jewelry is not responsible for any duty, taxes or fees imposed by your importing country.

      Preorder Shipments

       

      Payment is charged immediately at checkout, not when the item ships.

       

      All pre-orders will have an estimated ship date listed. Please note that this ship date is not guaranteed.

       

      If you order a pre-order item with an in-stock item, both items will ship together when the pre-order item becomes available. If you would like your items to ship separately, please email hello@melanieauld.com for further information or please place two separate orders.

       

       


        Lost Shipments

         

        If you received a delivery notification but it appears your package has not been delivered, don't worry! Often carriers will pre-emptively scan a package as delivered, but it is still en-route. Please wait up to 72 hours and then follow these steps if you have still not received your order.

         

        Check with neighbours (or those with neighbouring mailboxes), your concierge, or community mailbox. This is most often where your package will be.

         

        If you are still unable to locate your package, please email hello@melanieauld.com and our team will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please note that a resolution can take up to 14 business days.

         

        We do not take responsibility for lost or missing packages without Order Protection that show successful delivery to the order address.

         

        Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of melanieauld.com. Such as, but not limited to, interruptions of our transportation systems or the services provided by our carriers, your bank or credit card.

         

         

         

        Shipping Protection

         

        You will see an option for MAJ Order Protection on the checkout page before payment. The cost is calculated based on the subtotal amount of your order before taxes and/or any shipping fee.

         

        If you purchased MAJ Order Protection, reach out to us at hello@melanieauld.com to file any lost, damaged, or stolen parcel claims for you. Upon approval of your claim, you will receive a replacement or refund for the purchase price of lost, damaged, or stolen items, excluding any taxes or shipping fees. 

         

        Please note that order protection fees are non-refundable.
