We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

Regular priced Gold Vermeil, Gold Plated, Sterling Silver, Rhodium Plated, Leather Goods, Pearl, Cord and Wood pieces are eligible for a store credit or exchange only within 14 days of delivery.

Regular priced Solid Gold pieces are eligible fora refund back to its original form(s) of payment or exchange within 14 days delivery. Solid Gold pieces bought with a discount code or during a sale period are only available for an exchange or a store credit, no refunds.

Pietra Kits, Candles and Candle Refill Inserts are final sale. Custom pieces such as engraved items, Made To Order items, and gift cards are a FINAL SALE.
